At Think Stack, we understand that business needs evolve. Whether you’re shifting strategy, pausing operations, or no longer require our services, we’re committed to making the cancellation process simple, transparent, and professional. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when cancelling any of our design, development, or marketing services.
You may cancel your active subscription with Think Stack at any time by submitting a written request to hello@thinkstack.cc. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your service will be deactivated and you will no longer be charged.
Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
We do not issue refunds for unused time or services remaining in a billing cycle once a cancellation is processed. This applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:
Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
Non-payment or unresolved payment disputes
Abuse, fraud, or inappropriate conduct
Failure to collaborate or provide required assets/content
In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remainder of the billing period.
Once your account is canceled or terminated, all related files, hosted content, project data, and credentials will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to back up or export any important information before submitting your cancellation request. Think Stack is not liable for lost or unrecoverable data.
We reserve the right to update, modify, pause, or discontinue any service, feature, or tool at our discretion, without prior notice. In such cases, refunds will not be issued unless required by law or specified in a signed agreement.
If you’d like to resume service after cancellation, a reactivation fee may apply. Please note that previous pricing, timelines, or agreements may no longer be valid. New terms will be issued based on our current offerings and availability.
