Our team invests significant time, expertise, and resources into each project and subscription. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following Refund Policy applies to all Think Stack engagements, subscriptions, and billing arrangements.
All payments made to Think Stack—whether for subscription services, one-time projects, or ongoing retainers—are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
Monthly or annual subscription fees
Custom website design and development services
Marketing, SEO, and advertising retainers
Consulting or strategic sessions
Deposits and milestone payments
Refunds will not be issued for unused subscription time or dissatisfaction with services when delivered as agreed. Clients are encouraged to review project scopes and service terms carefully before initiating service.
If you believe you’ve been billed in error, please contact us at hello@thinkstack.cc within seven (7) calendar days of the charge. Include:
The invoice number
Date of the charge
A description of the issue
We will review your case and respond promptly. Any refund issued due to billing errors will be at Think Stack’s sole discretion. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.
We may adjust pricing or service features at any time. These changes will take effect on your next renewal or invoice, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Clients may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations or downgrades.
If a client terminates a project before completion, Think Stack reserves the right to:
Retain all payments made to date
Invoice for any additional work completed prior to cancellation
No refunds will be provided for unused hours or services unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
If Think Stack terminates a project due to a breach of terms, misconduct, or lack of client cooperation, no refund will be granted.
Think Stack is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by third-party providers, hosting outages, client-side delays, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, force majeure). Refunds will not be issued for such disruptions.
We aim to resolve concerns fairly and professionally. Before initiating a chargeback or formal dispute, please contact us at hello@thinkstack.cc so we can address the issue directly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees to recover any outstanding balances.
By engaging Think Stack for services or subscriptions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
