Refunds may be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused, non-customized items in original condition.
Once development work has begun or proofs are approved, up to 25% of the total fee may be withheld.
No refunds are provided for custom printed products or approved digital deliverables.
Products requiring shipment are fulfilled within 48 hours of completion via Canada Post Xpresspost. Delivery timelines are subject to Canada Post and cannot be guaranteed. Currently, we only ship within Canada.
Customized or printed products are non-returnable. Clients must review and approve all proofs prior to production. Manufacturing errors based on approved proofs are not eligible for return or refund. A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns of non-customized items.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment or the start of development. Once digital work begins or proofs are approved, cancellation may not be possible.
